Our Wedding & Quinceañera Package Includes:

  • Maximum capacity: 320 seated (400 building capacity)
  • 4 hours for decorating on Friday - 12 hour rental on Saturday
  • Two-day access: Decorate on the first day and celebrate the next day
  • Prep and serve food and drink from the full-size kitchen
  • Enjoy the spacious outdoor patio
  • Show off your moves on our large dance floor
  • Large off-street lighted parking lot
  • Building is accessible for wheelchairs
  • You may bring in your own beer and wine
  • Party into the night! Events can go until midnight
  • Venue staff will be on hand to answer questions and facilitate your event

Wedding & Quinceañera Package Pricing

Room Rental Rate The entire facility will be reserved for you $1,800
Facility Damage Deposit Refunded if all rules are followed and there is no damage to the facility $900
Security Services A security officer is required to be present if alcohol is to be served $50/hour ($250 minimum)

Non-refundable rental deposit of 1/2 of Room Rental Rate is due at the time of booking.

Your 12-hour rental is inclusive of setup, celebrating, and cleanup. It begins at your reserved time and ends when the last person leaves the facility. If you want to purchase additional hours for setup/cleanup, you may do so in advance for $50/hour. If your event runs long and we need to bill you after the event, additional hours will be billed at $100/hour.

All events must end at midnight and the facility must be empty by 1am. No exceptions.
