The West Liberty Community Center is a large, versatile venue with capacity of up to 320 people. It is well-suited to a wide variety of occasions including weddings, social gatherings, political events, community events, and corporate events.
History of the Ralph & Liz Farmer Community Center
The Reverend Ralph and Elizabeth Farmer Community Center was officially opened on August 2, 1999. A generous gift from anonymous contributors provided the catalytic commitment for the funding and construction of the new community center.
In recognition of years of service to the religious, cultural and civic life of West Liberty, the contributors chose to name the new Community Center in honor of Reverend and Mrs. Farmer.
The Community Center Complex is also home to a Child Care Center—West Liberty’s only state-licensed Early Childhood facility, with full-time and part-time care options.
