Non-refundable deposit of 50% of Room Rental Rate is due at the time of booking.
Damage deposit is 50% of room rental rate (or minimum of $200).
Monday-Thursday rates are 75% of normal rates.
Non-profit rates are 50% of normal rates.
If alcohol is served, a security officer is required to be present and will be provided at a rate of $50/hour ($250 minimum).
Your rental hours begin at your reserved time and end when the last person leaves the facility. If you need additional time for setup/cleanup above the package hours, you can rent additional hours in advance at $50/hour. If your event runs long and we need to bill you after the event, additional hours will be billed at $100/hour.
All events must end at midnight and the facility must be empty by 1am. No exceptions.
